If this year has taught us anything, its how fragile life is. I learned that in 19′ when I lost Bug. But 2020 solidified it for the rest of the world. Well, at least for the ones that believe Covid exists.
As we all are counting down the minutes for 2020 to end; I pray the lessons we learned continue and remain. Health is more important than wealth, physical and mental. Life is fragile. No one is promised tomorrow. Continue to take care of yourselves. Be intentional with your family and friends. Show up and BE there. A friend of mine told me a quote for parents, “As long as you have 100% good intention, you only have to be right 30% of the time.” I don’t know the study that proved that, but I’ll look into it. I know people are tired, and stressed out. But don’t give up, even if 2021 doesn’t bring us a magical end to this mess.
For all the ones lucky enough not to lose someone this year, whether from this horrible pandemic, or something else, count your blessings. Hug your loved ones tighter. Don’t let a day go bye without letting the people you know and love how much you CARE.
God Bless You All. I’ll See you in 2021.
Love, Britt
For those who know, you know. This is the best version of this song!
